From Munich Central Station: take any S-Bahn to Ostbahnhof, cross square (Orleansplatz) and take tram no. 19 (direction to St.-Veit-Strasse) until Mutschellestrasse, walk for about five minutes into Mutschellestrasse (southbound, against the driving direction) until the end and then turn left (approximately 30 min.)
From Munich Airport: take S-Bahn S8 to Ostbahnhof, cross square (Orleansplatz) and take tram no. 19 (direction to St.-Veit-Strasse) until Mutschellestrasse, walk for about five minutes into Mutschellestrasse (southbound, against the driving direction) until the end and then turn left (approximately 1 h 20 min.)
Generally from within Munich: take tram no. 19 (direction to St.-Veit-Strasse) until Mutschellestrasse (see above) or take U-Bahn no. U2 to Kreillerstrasse, walk into St.-Veit-Strasse and then turn right at Josephsburgstrasse;
by car: leave the Mittlerer Ring at exit Berg am Laim, drive Kreillerstrasse in the direction out of town, turn right at Schildensteinstrasse (immediately after the U-Bahn stop Josephsburg) and then turn left (parking available)
